Lake Havasu AC Guide is an independent local guide, not a licensed HVAC contractor — we connect you with independent, third-party AC repair providers who serve Lake Havasu City. Information we collect

• Quote-request details you submit: name, phone number, ZIP code, and a description of your AC issue, plus the exact consent language shown at submission and a timestamp of when you submitted.
• Call information: if you call a phone number published on this site, the call is routed through a call-tracking service that logs the caller's number, and the date, time, and duration of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping; where recording is active, callers are notified at the start of the call.
• Usage data: standard analytics information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level), device type, and interactions like form submissions and phone-number clicks. See the cookies section below.

How we use information

• To fulfill your request — matching you with an independent, third-party local provider and passing your request to that provider so they can contact you.
• To keep records of consent (what you agreed to, and when).
• To operate and improve the site — understanding which guides are useful, fixing errors, and measuring traffic.
• To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing lists.

SMS / text-message data

• With service vendors that run the site: hosting, form processing, call tracking, and analytics vendors process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
• When the law requires it: to comply with a valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

Independent providers are separate businesses. Once a provider contacts you, information you share with them directly is governed by their practices, not this policy — always confirm details like licensing directly (see the ROC verification guide).

Cookies & tracking

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate site usage, and functional cookies needed for basic site operation. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site's guides remain fully readable with cookies disabled.

Quote-request data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption and stored in access-controlled systems limited to the people and vendors who need it to fulfill requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the type of data handled, and we retain lead records only as long as needed for the purposes described here and for legal record-keeping.

Your rights & choices

• Access & correction: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and request corrections.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (such as consent logs).
• SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for assistance.
• Do-not-contact: you can ask that your request not be passed to any provider, or that a specific provider stop contacting you through our referral.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging home services. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
